Hand over the workflow.
Give Lumenoeva one recurring digital business process. You define the outcome, the operating boundaries and the decisions that stay with you. Lumenoeva operates the workflow and remains accountable for completing the agreed outcome. AI, software, controls and trained human judgment sit behind the service — you buy the operation, not the machinery underneath it.
AI completes tasks. Lumenoeva operates the workflow.
A task can be generated, classified or checked. Operating a workflow is broader: preserve state, apply rules and controls, handle uncertainty and failure, route human judgment deliberately, complete the hand-off and remain accountable for the defined outcome.
That service boundary is the difference. The client does not supervise our AI, coordinate our operators or repair the operating path when an exception appears.
We take recurring operational work off your team.
Most companies have work that sits between people and software: checking incoming information, researching missing details, updating records, moving data between systems, following rules, chasing completeness and dealing with the cases that do not fit neatly. It is necessary work, but it consumes skilled time and creates hidden coordination.
Lumenoeva turns a defined piece of that work into one managed service. Your team does not have to build an automation stack, supervise AI output or maintain a separate offshore team. You define the business outcome and the boundaries; we operate the workflow inside them.
You show us the workflow
We learn what starts the process, which systems are involved, what people currently do, where delays or errors occur, which decisions matter and what a completed result looks like.
We design the operating model
We decide what software and AI can execute reliably, which rules and checks protect quality, where evidence is needed and when a trained person should intervene.
We run it for you
Lumenoeva monitors the workflow, handles defined exceptions, preserves the operating state and delivers the agreed outcome back into the right system or hand-off.
These are the workflows people recognise immediately.
The opportunity is usually not a futuristic AI project. It is everyday operational work that skilled employees repeat because information has to be checked, moved, matched, chased, prepared or corrected before the real business decision can happen.
These are examples, not limits. Lumenoeva can assess recurring digital workflows across functions; the operating model is shaped around the process, data, controls and outcome.
Lead + CRM administration
Example: enquiry arrives → company researched → record enriched → duplicates checked → ownership confirmed → CRM updated → sales owner notified.
Salesforce's 2026 State of Sales research reports that sellers spend only about 40% of their time actually selling, with manual data entry, research and administrative work consuming much of the remainder.
Supplier invoice processing
Example: invoice arrives → data extracted → supplier and PO checked → coding prepared → discrepancies routed → approval-ready record delivered.
Accounts-payable research continues to identify invoice intake, coding, approvals and exception handling as major manual workloads; Tipalti research reported an average 41 minutes to process an individual supplier invoice in the surveyed organisations.
Customer-service administration
Example: case arrives → intent classified → account context gathered → knowledge checked → response prepared → exception escalated → case record updated.
Salesforce reports service professionals using AI spend around 20% less time on routine cases — approximately four hours per week — showing how much repetitive service administration sits around the difficult customer issues.
Reconciliations + close preparation
Example: transactions gathered → records matched → unexplained items identified → supporting evidence assembled → exceptions reviewed → reconciliation package prepared.
Finance studies repeatedly identify reconciliations, journal preparation and spreadsheet-driven close work as time-intensive. BlackLine research found 64% of respondents said manual day-to-day work left little or no time for proper financial planning and analysis.
Purchase orders + supplier onboarding
Example: request received → supplier data collected → documents checked → master data prepared → approvals chased → supplier or PO created → status communicated.
APQC treats total procurement cost per purchase order as a core process-performance measure, reinforcing that recurring PO handling has a measurable operating cost that varies materially with process design and maturity.
Field-service paperwork
Example: technician finishes a job → notes and photos structured → parts and actions checked → service summary created → billing/support hand-off prepared → system updated.
Salesforce's 2025 field-service research found technicians estimated more than seven hours per week were lost to inefficient or low-value work such as manual data input and job summaries.
Employee + partner onboarding
Example: starter or partner confirmed → required information collected → documents checked → systems/tasks prepared → missing items chased → exceptions escalated → hand-off completed.
SHRM's 2025 workplace research found 62% of HR departments were operating beyond normal capacity and 57% said they did not have enough staff for the workload — exactly the environment where repetitive administration competes with higher-value human work.
Product + catalogue operations
Example: supplier/product data arrives → attributes normalised → missing details identified → content prepared → channel rules checked → exceptions reviewed → catalogue or marketplace updated.
Product-data case studies show how quickly this work compounds: one VitrA process required about 280 hours a year simply to assemble 25 customer launch kits before later workflow improvements.
Software gives you tools. Outsourcing gives you people. Lumenoeva operates the workflow.
Automation platforms can be powerful, but someone still has to design, monitor and repair the automation. Outsourcing adds capacity, but often leaves the service tied to manual hours. Lumenoeva combines both sides behind one accountable operating model.
That is why our pricing is based on the managed workflow rather than users, tasks, AI credits or hours. The customer buys the operation and its agreed outcome — not the machinery underneath it.
You operate the tool.
Your team still designs the process, monitors output, handles exceptions, maintains integrations and remains responsible for the final result.
You buy people and hours.
You gain capacity, but the work usually remains labour-led and your organisation still manages hand-offs, quality and changing requirements.
You buy the operation.
AI, software, controls and human judgment are coordinated behind one defined workflow, one service boundary and one accountable outcome.
Inbound lead → sales-ready record.
A salesperson should not need to research a company, resolve duplicate entities, check missing details, clean the CRM and route the lead before they can start selling. That surrounding work can become one managed workflow.
The client keeps the commercial relationship and the final sales judgment. Lumenoeva operates the repetitive preparation and the exceptions around it so the sales team receives a cleaner, better prepared starting point.
A form, inbox or connected system starts the workflow.
Company information is checked, enriched and structured against the agreed requirements.
Defined rules determine whether the result is sufficiently complete and reliable to proceed.
Ambiguous or conflicting cases go to trained review instead of being blindly automated.
The validated result is delivered to the right sales context with the agreed status and evidence.
Skilled employees spend less time repeating digital process work and more time on work that requires them.
Uncertain cases have a defined review route rather than becoming silent errors or ad-hoc workarounds.
You do not coordinate separate AI tools, freelancers, manual checks and hand-offs yourself.
Recurring issues show where rules, automation and review can improve over time.
Remove operational drag without creating another system to manage.
The objective is not “more AI”. It is a better operating result: fewer repetitive human steps, faster movement through the process, clearer exception ownership and better visibility into what is happening.
More valuable human time
Employees can spend more time selling, analysing, deciding and serving customers instead of repeating preparation and administration.
More consistent execution
Defined rules, review points and controlled hand-offs reduce reliance on memory, individual workarounds and informal supervision.
More visible operations
Exceptions, interventions, cycle time and rework can be measured instead of disappearing inside inboxes and spreadsheets.
More scalable capacity
As routine execution becomes increasingly automated, additional volume does not have to translate directly into equivalent manual headcount.
Evidence before expansion.
A qualified pilot is not a technology demonstration. It establishes whether the workflow can be operated with sufficient quality, control and economics to justify continuing.
We establish the current baseline first, then compare the managed operation against real work. Performance claims are published only when they have actually been measured.
Baseline
Volume, employee effort, hand-offs, cycle time, exceptions and rework before the workflow is handed over.
Execution
Which routine steps can be completed reliably by software and AI within the agreed operating boundary.
Human intervention
Where judgment is still required, how often it occurs and why the automatic path stopped.
Quality
What is completed correctly, incomplete, rejected, corrected or returned for additional evidence.
Cycle time
Whether the managed process moves work through the defined outcome faster and with fewer manual hand-offs.
Operating burden
Whether skilled internal time, coordination and repetitive administration are materially reduced.
Economics
Whether the delivered outcome makes commercial sense against the real cost and effort of the current process.
Decision
Continue only where the evidence supports the required quality, control and operating value.
Revenue Operations.
Revenue teams are a natural first fit because highly paid commercial people often lose time to research, CRM administration, data clean-up, routing and follow-up preparation. Lumenoeva operates that surrounding machinery while the client's team keeps ownership of relationships, pricing, negotiation and commercial decisions.
Lead + CRM operations
Validate, enrich, classify, route and maintain records so sales receives cleaner, more usable information.
Account intelligence
Prepare relevant company context, evidence and structured briefs before human conversations begin.
Pipeline operations
Surface stale records, missing next steps, ownership problems and reporting gaps that otherwise require manual inspection.
Onboarding workflows
Coordinate information collection, completeness checks, routing and exceptions around customers or partners.
One managed workflow. One clear monthly price.
You should know the commercial model before talking to us. Standard setup, normal AI usage, defined human exception handling, monitoring, quality control and continuous improvement are included within the agreed workflow scope.
No per-user fees. No task bundles. No AI-credit bill. If a workflow has unusual third-party costs, very high volumes or genuinely complex enterprise requirements, we agree that separately before work begins.
The complexity stays behind the service.
Our proprietary operating software coordinates workflow state, AI execution, business rules, human review, evidence, recovery and delivery. It is what allows the service to behave like an operation rather than a collection of disconnected automations.
Clients do not buy Lumenoeva Ops seats or administer another AI platform. The software exists behind the service so you can hand over the workflow without having to manage the underlying technology.
Your information remains yours.
A managed workflow may require Lumenoeva to work with CRM records, customer information, documents or commercially sensitive business data. That access is part of the operating responsibility, so confidentiality and controlled data use are built into the service rather than left as an afterthought.
Information is used only for the agreed workflow, access is limited to authorised people and systems, relevant external providers are controlled, and retention or deletion is defined with the customer. Lumenoeva does not sell customer data, use it for unrelated purposes or use customer workflow information to train public foundation models.
Client separation, controlled credentials, provider boundaries, human review, auditability and defined data handling sit inside the operating model. Where the workflow cannot safely or reliably proceed automatically, it should stop, escalate or move to human review.
Which recurring process should your team no longer have to operate manually?
Show us the workflow as it works today. If it is a good fit, we define the scope and operate the first qualified workflow for 30 days on us. Continue at €495/month only if the managed model creates value.
